Mrs. Beary first discovered Central Co-Op while searching for a preschool for her daughter. She fell in love with the school’s philosophy of learning through play and the opportunity to be involved in her children’s education. Over the years, she served as a room parent, Board member, substitute, and Assistant Teacher before becoming the Lead Teacher for our 2- and 3-day classes in 2026.

Mrs. Beary holds a degree in Sociology and a master’s in Elementary Education. She has worked in special education and as a social coach in a social skills program supporting children from preschool through high school. Her favorite part of teaching is watching children learn something new and celebrating those moments of discovery alongside them.

Outside of school, Mrs. Beary enjoys crafting and baking. She lives in Chelmsford with her husband, daughter Maddy, and son Carter, along with their Labrador, Lulu, and two cats!
