Central Co-Op is a peanut free / nut free school. Please use this list of safe snacks as a reference. Due to continual changes in manufacturer packaging and processing, please read the ingredient label of your snack chosen from this list to ensure that it does not contain any of the following: peanuts/nuts, peanut/nut butter, peanut/nut oil, peanut/nut flour, peanut/nut meal, or any of the statements "May contain traces of a peanut/nuts" or "Manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts (and/or other nuts)".

Snow Day Policy
Central Co-Op will close if the Chelmsford Public Schools are either cancelled or delayed due to poor weather conditions. Snow days cannot be "made up" at the end of the school year, and tuition cannot be refunded for days missed. The safety and well being of all of our children takes priority.

Creative Room Needs Your Help!
We are looking for volunteers to wash painting smocks. Dirty smocks are placed in a blue box in the creative room. Please check the box when you are there so we can keep a good supply of clean smocks for the children. Many thanks!

Cold Weather Policy
Children will play outside in nice weather when the temperature and conditions are safe and practical. The temperature will be 32 degrees or warmer. Clothing should be appropriate for the cold and snowy conditions. Hats, boots, mittens, snow pants and warm jackets should be worn. We will play indoors in the event of weather colder than 32 degrees, rain, snow or ground that is unsafe due to ice and water.
